By incorporating all 6 Pilates principles, the intimate, form-focused group classes are designed to give you personalized attention in a welcoming and supportive environment. Blending the timeless principles of Pilates with modern techniques will help you move better, feel stronger, and live with intention.​​

Conveniently located at the edge of Lakeview/Lincoln Park and near the Lincoln, Racine, Diversey intersection with ample street parking. We look forward to seeing you on a reformer soon.

(Re)Form Pilates was built on the principle that mindful movement can transform how we feel, move, and show up in our lives. I experienced that transformation firsthand through my own Pilates practice and it changed how I feel, how I move, and how I live.

​

What began as a personal practice quickly became a lifelong passion to help others experience that same transformation. I opened (Re)Form Pilates to create a space where people feel supported, seen, and empowered to move with confidence — no matter where they’re starting from.

​

As a 500-hour Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor, I’m dedicated to helping others build strength, awareness, and resilience through safe, intentional movement. My goal is for every person who walks into the studio to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more at home in their body.

REFRESH

All levels welcome! Incorporating the six Pilates principles, this form focused, slower paced class will focus on enhancing your core strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment.

REFINE

This class moves at a faster pace, designed to challenge while emphasizing proper form. Whether you're a mover comfortable with the basics but eager to take on new challenges or a more advanced mover, you'll find a workout that pushes you while keeping technique at the forefront.​

*Previous reformer Pilates experience is required*

Are you brand new to Pilates or looking for a mindful movement class? Restore is rooted in the six Pilates principles, this slower-paced, form-focused class blends mindful movement with reformer-assisted deep stretching to enhance core strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Designed to support both physical and mental well-being, it helps realign the body and restore a sense of calm, leaving you feeling taller, stronger, and more centered.

Our most advanced class focuses on complex sequences and faster pacing for experienced practitioners. This class is build on foundational knowledge to challenge strength, control and endurance through difficult exercises and transitions, often at a higher intensity and speed. This class is not suitabe for beginners or those with injuries.

Your first class

Starting something new can feel a bit intimidating. Here are a few tips to make your first class as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

​

​

WHAT TO BRING

  • Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for easy movement.

  • Grip socks are optional.

  • Water to stay hydrated.

​

WHAT TO EXPECT

When you arrive, we’ll give you a quick tour of the studio and introduce you to the reformer machine. Your instructor will review any modifications or adjustments based on your individual needs, so don’t worry if you’re completely new—this is a judgment-free zone!

​

DURING CLASS

Your first session is all about getting familiar with the reformer and learning the fundamentals of Pilates. The instructor will guide you through the basics, focusing on alignment, breath, and form, while ensuring you feel supported and confident every step of the way.​

​

PRO TIP

Arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you set up and ready to shine in your first class.
